Professional training during the day, with your dog home each evening.
Having a professional teach your dog critical life skills is invaluable. Our Day Programs create a safe and enriching environment where professional dog trainers will work with your dog on the repetitions, field trips, socialization and exposures needed to create reliable training and life skills. In addition to daily individual training sessions, dogs get exercise, play and enrichment, and come home each day happy and fulfilled!

We offer Day Programs Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 6:00pm, in Alamo, California.
​Puppy Preschool
For puppies 12 weeks to 6 months
The first few months of a puppy's life play a critical role in shaping future behavior. Puppy Preschool focuses on building confidence, social skills, engagement, and foundational life skills during this important developmental window.
Your puppy will work on:

Potty training and crate training foundations

Grooming and handling experiences
Crate training should be started before enrollment. Puppy training resources will be included in your program at sign up.
Program includes:
Monday-Wednesday all day Preschool for four consecutive weeks, one private lesson, training collar, access to client portal with training resources

Day Train
For dogs 6 months and older
Day Train provides the foundation for a well-mannered, confident companion. Through daily professional training, dogs develop practical life skills, reliable obedience, and improved communication with their owners. This program is suitable for dogs with mild to moderate behavioral challenges. Graduates of Day Train are eligible to enroll in ongoing Enrichment Day School.

Dogs are required to be crate trained to enroll in Day Train. We incorporate crate time in between activity and training in order to support dogs in rest, regulation, and retention of their new skills

Monday-Friday all day Day Train for 3 consecutive weeks, halfway intro skills lesson, go home finished skills lesson, unlimited drop in group classes, e collar, training collar, and client portal with training resources
Investment: $2,250
Advanced Day Train
For advanced obedience and behavior modification
Advanced Day Train builds upon the skills taught in Day Train while progressing to off leash reliability under challenging distractions, and in new locations. This program also offers extended length of time to implement behavior modification strategies for dogs needing more support. Graduates of Advanced Day Train are eligible to enroll in ongoing Enrichment Day School.

Dogs are required to be crate trained to enroll in Advanced Day Train. We incorporate crate time in between activity and training in order to support dogs in rest, regulation, and retention of their new skills.
Program includes:
Monday-Friday all day Day Train for 6 consecutive weeks, Halfway intro skills lesson, Go home finished skills lesson, 30 min off leash recall lesson, 6 drop in group classes, e-collar, training collar, and client portal with training resources.

Enrichment Day School
Training doesn't have to stop at graduation
Designed exclusively for Rockem graduates, Enrichment Day School provides an outlet during the day for exercise, training maintenance, enrichment, and play, working your dog’s brain and body throughout the day.

Graduates experience a rotation of off leash excursions in nature, field trips, curated social groups, and structured decompression sessions. We maintain grooming and handling skills, including complimentary nail care as needed.
